Every engagement begins with a rigorous diagnostic phase. We do not prescribe solutions without understanding the systemic context. Following the diagnostic, we present a bespoke architecture for intervention, outlining timelines, required commitment, and specific milestones.
Do you work with individuals or only corporate entities?
While we occasionally accept highly selective individual executive coaching clients, our primary focus is on systemic organisational transformation, partnering with C-suites, boards, and HR departments.
How long do your interventions take?
Meaningful behavioural and structural change is not achieved in a two-day workshop. Our engagements typically run between 6 to 18 months, ensuring new protocols are fully integrated into the corporate culture.
